1 General Provisions

These terms and conditions form a legal agreement between the baza win platform ("Site", "Service") and its users. By accessing the site, creating an account, or using any service, you are considered to have fully accepted all the terms described below.

3 Account Registration

4.3 Payment Verification

When withdrawing, the user must make the request from the registered mobile number or wallet. Withdrawals to a third-party account or a wallet in a different name will not be processed.

• The same payment method used for the deposit must be used for the withdrawal.
• Withdrawals cannot be made directly from bonus balance; wagering requirements must be met first.

New members receive a 150% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳8,000. The wagering requirement for this bonus is 10 times the bonus amount. For example, depositing ৳1,000 adds a ৳1,500 bonus, making the total balance ৳2,500, and to withdraw the bonus, a wager of ৳1,500 × 10 = ৳15,000 must be placed.

5.2 General Bonus Terms

• A bonus offer may only be claimed once, unless the offer's own terms state otherwise.
• Bonus balance cannot be withdrawn before the wagering requirements are met.
• If an attempt is made to claim bonuses using multiple accounts or a proxy, both accounts will be cancelled.
• baza win reserves the right to change or cancel any bonus offer at any time.

6 Gaming and Betting Rules

6.1 Betting Decisions

Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled. Therefore, verify the amount and conditions carefully before finalising any bet. If a bet is cancelled due to a technical error, the bet amount will be returned to the account.

6.2 Validity of Game Results

All game results are determined by the certified systems of third-party technology providers. In particular, games using RNG (Random Number Generator) are regularly tested and independently verified. baza win does not determine or alter the result of any game on its own.

6.3 Maximum Win Limit

The maximum win amount may be capped for certain games or bonus campaigns. This information is stated in the description of each game or offer. Any amount exceeding this limit will automatically be considered void.

7 User Responsibilities

8 Prohibited Activities

9 Account Closure and Suspension

baza win reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at any time for any reason. Equally, a user may close their account at any time.

9.1 Account Closure by the Platform

If an account is closed due to a breach of terms, suspected fraud, failure of age verification, or legal reasons, any valid balance will be returned where applicable. However, in cases of breach of terms, the balance may be fully or partially forfeited.

9.2 Voluntary Account Closure

If you wish to close your account, contact the support team via 24/7 live chat or email. Any remaining valid balance may be withdrawn before the account is closed.

9.3 Self-Exclusion Feature

10 Intellectual Property
